Museum at Eldridge Street Ticket

Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-4
• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Participants aged 5-17 are considered children, based on their official ID
• Participants aged 18 - 64 are considered adult, based on their official ID
• Participants aged over 65 are considered seniors, based on their official ID

Additional information

• Personal transportation devices such as bikes, e-bikes, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted and cannot be checked

• All bags will be inspected upon arrival; the operator reserve the right to refuse items

• Backpacks are not permitted inside the museum and must be checked

• Luggage and wheeled bags are not permitted and cannot be checked

• Any photography involving people that uses a separate photographer, tripod, or other equipment requires a prior appointment

• The museum is closed on Saturdays and on major Jewish and national holidays

• The venue offers a "pay as you wish" admission price on Mondays and Fridays

• One-hour guided tours are available daily from 10:00 AM to 16:00 PM, with the last tour on Fridays at 14:00 PM

• Two-hour guided tours are offered daily at 11:00 AM and 14:00 PM, with an additional tour at 13:00 PM on Mondays and Sundays

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• This activity is wheelchair-accessible

How to get there

• By bus: Take the M15 or M15 Select to Grand & Allen Streets, then walk a few minutes to The Museum at Eldridge Street

• By train: Take a regional train or commuter rail to Manhattan and transfer to a local bus or subway to reach The Museum at Eldridge Street

• By metro: Take the F, B, D, 6, N, Q, R, W, J, or Z subway lines to the nearest station and walk a few blocks to The Museum at Eldridge Street

• Go to the main museum entrance on the left-hand side of the front of the building (Down a few steps to the recessed entry way) and scan your smartphone ticket there.
