• Participants who weigh more than 124 kg (275 lbs) or close to this weight may need to wait for a flight that can safely accommodate their weight

• Please note that if the participants require a seat belt extender, the tour cannot be offered and no refunds will be provided due to this

• Please note that participants may be weighed at the time of check-in

• The helicopter does not fly over Manhattan itself, but up the Hudson, beside Manhattan
