Personal transportation devices such as bikes, e-bikes, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted and cannot be checked
All bags will be inspected upon arrival; the operator reserve the right to refuse items

Any photography involving people that uses a separate photographer, tripod, or other equipment requires a prior appointment
The museum is closed on Saturdays and on major Jewish and national holidays
The venue offers a "pay as you wish" admission price on Mondays and Fridays
One-hour guided tours are available daily from 10:00 AM to 16:00 PM, with the last tour on Fridays at 14:00 PM
Two-hour guided tours are offered daily at 11:00 AM and 14:00 PM, with an additional tour at 13:00 PM on Mondays and Sundays
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
