Studio Tour

• The tickets must be purchased in advance and are not available to purchase at the studio tour Tokyo
• Staffs may ask for identification to verify age (Please prepare your valid ID for verification use)
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. If a ticket is transferred, changed or resold, it will become invalid
• Klook and operator are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets
• Late arrivals or no-shows may be denied entry, and no refunds will be provided. Please allow extra time to reach the venue

Evening High Tea at Hogwarts

• For allergy information regarding the menu items, please check the allergen information. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform a member of staff at the Backlot Café in advance
• The menu may be subject to change without prior notice, depending on circumstances on your visit date
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to visitors under the age of twenty (20). Our staff and security personnel reserve the right to request valid proof of age at any time. Visitors who are unable to provide proof of being twenty (20) years of age or older and/or who appear to be intoxicated may be refused service of alcoholic beverages

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• By car: If you are coming by car, please leave a message to the Studio Tour Contact Center by contact form, chat or call through the official website to reserve paid parking

• The Contact Center is open 08:30-17:00 from Monday to Sunday
