Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 18+ to participate in this activity

• Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 20+ (valid ID required; guests must not drive if alcohol is consumed during the event)

Things to note

• Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are kindly requested to contact the merchant via email (visitor.services@wbstudiotour.jp) by Monday, 1 June 2026. Please note that the merchant may not be able to accommodate requests received after Monday, 1 June 2026
• Please follow the smart casual dress code for the event:
• Men: Collared shirt, long trousers, and closed-toe shoes
• Women: Attire without excessive skin exposure
• As guests will enjoy a tour of the venue after dinner, please wear comfortable footwear. Film-related costumes are also welcome
• Note: Beach sandals, casual jeans, and shorts are not permitted

Dinner at Hogwarts terms and conditions

• Dinner Event ticket holders may enter the Studio Tour between 12:00 and 15:00 on the event day, before the reception begins. Please note that entry outside these hours is not permitted, and you must return to the lobby by 16:45 for the event reception

• Guests arriving by car are required to purchase a parking ticket. Please note that alcoholic beverages cannot be served to guests who are driving

• Food and drinks may only be enjoyed in designated areas, and alcohol service may be declined if you appear intoxicated or cannot show valid proof of age

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings, with lockers available at the venue for convenience

• Please arrange your own transport, and note that driving after consuming alcohol is not permitted

• The event may be filmed, and by attending you agree that your image and voice may be used for promotional purposes worldwide without compensation

• Staffs may ask for identification to verify age (Please prepare your valid ID for verification use)

• Smoking is not permitted inside the Studio Tour

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Klook and operator are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if altered. Tickets that we reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered shall not be honoured. Tickets are not for resale. Any such resale shall have the effect of rendering that Ticket void
