• If we deem your diving / snorkeling skills or attitude may bring harm to marine life or other guests, the crew has the right to stop you from participating in this activity

• Do not snorkel or dive separately from the group and follow the crew’s instructions. Failure to do so will result in the crew stopping you from participating in the activity and no refunds will be mad

• It is strictly prohibited to remove, pick up, step on, or destroy any marine life during the trip

• Participants refrain from touching and teasing turtles, marine life and coral reefs

• While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during mid of the year or/and end of the year. Do be extra careful and inform our guides should you be stung. Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch

• Attention all guests, we have the right to change a penalty of MYR 120 if the guests fail to clean up themselves before entering the vehicle from any island tour that causes wet and sandy and unnecessary cleaning fees.

• Cancellation Policy: Up to 7 days before the tour start date will get Fully refund. Less than 7 days before the tour start date will No refund. No refund will be provided if you do not show up for the tour of the day.
