• The 9/11 Museum is closed most Tuesdays and on September 11. Visits on those days must be rescheduled for the following day
• Audio tours on Liberty Island and Ellis Island are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Russian and Arabic
• Family friendly audio tours designed for children ages 6-10 are also available in the same languages on Liberty Island and Ellis Island
• A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the Statue ferry. This means no alcohol, weapons or large bags are allowed
• The Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and 9/11 Museum are wheelchair accessible, but the Sightseeing Cruise is not able to accommodate electric wheelchairs
• Both the Statue orientation tour and cruise depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers. Please check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time
