• Children under 100cm in height are admitted free of charge, and must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• This ticket type is for general admission. Other ticket types are available for purchase on-site.

• Guests who are eligible for concession tickets, please purchase tickets on-site and present relevant identification for verification by on-site staff. If you are unable to present identification, you will be required to purchase a full-price ticket for admission.

• If you are eligible for concession or disability tickets but enter with a full-price ticket, you will not be able to request a partial refund or compensation for the difference in ticket price.

• To ensure the safety of both animals and visitors, and due to the animals' sensitivity to noise, running, playing, and loud noises are strictly prohibited within the park. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, and chewing betel nuts are strictly prohibited in the park. If staff members observe any of these behaviors, you will be asked to leave immediately.

• Vouchers must be used on the day of admission and are valid for on-site purchases within the park only. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
