Additional information

  • Open flames and fireworks are prohibited inside and outside the tents. Please do not connect to electrical outlets without permission to avoid power outages and public safety hazards.
  • Please handle all tent facilities and furniture with care. You will be responsible for compensation at market price for any damage caused.
  • To maintain a peaceful camping area, please refrain from loud noises after 22:00 (10:00 PM).
  • Please drink responsibly and avoid disturbing other guests. Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property.
  • Smoking, betel nut chewing, and gambling are prohibited inside the tents.
  • Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
  • Please lock the door and keep your key card safe when leaving the tent (NT$1000 will be charged for loss).
  • Posting posters, stickers, or graffiti inside or outside the tent is prohibited. Damages will be charged at the original price.
  • If you need to decorate the tent with flowers, balloons, etc. (e.g., proposal...), please inform us in advance and obtain consent before decorating. Please clean up before check-out. Do not use adhesive tools when decorating. If decorations are not removed, a cleaning fee of NT$500-5000 will be charged (customized decoration services are also available for a fee).
  • The park coexists with the natural environment. To protect the natural ecology, we do not use pesticides to kill insects or other living creatures. Therefore, guests are kindly requested to protect themselves from mosquitoes, insects, snakes, and other animals. The park is not responsible for any bites or stings caused by natural wildlife and will not be held liable for compensation.
  • If you are bringing a pet, please read the regulations on our official website carefully.
