A 5% processing fee will be applied to cancellations made 41 or more days before the selected date.
If canceled between 31 and 40 days from the selected date, a 10% service fee will be charged.
If canceled between 21 and 30 days of the selected date, a 20% service fee will be charged.
If canceled between 2 and 20 days before the selected date, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
If canceled between 1 and 1 day(s) before the selected date, a 50% service fee will be charged.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed on the selected date, and refunds will not be granted.
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 25 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
