• This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate

• Regarding room arrangements: Specific room types are subject to the hotel's actual availability, and specific requests cannot be accommodated. The default is 2-3 people per room, and single travelers should book a single room package. If you have any requests for smoking or non-smoking rooms, or have any special needs such as allergies (e.g., allergies to specific materials, pets, etc.), please note them in advance; the final arrangement is still subject to the hotel's arrangement and cannot be guaranteed. • 【Regarding the Itinerary】Please understand that if you are unable to reserve the Tateyama mountain climbing for the original time on the following day, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. If the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is inaccessible due to weather or other force majeure, the transportation costs for Tateyama Kurobe will be refunded, and the itinerary will be changed to visit Takayama and Shirakawa-go. The booked tour route may be changed or canceled due to traffic conditions and crowding on the day.

• [Pre-Departure Notification Email] We will send an email between 20:00–21:00 (Japan time) the night before your departure. This email will include your tour guide's contact information, driver information, a map of the meeting location, and important notes. Please be sure to check your email, including your spam folder. • [Regarding Group Tours] This tour is a group activity, and you may be traveling with guests from different countries or who speak different languages. We hope you will embrace the multicultural experience and enjoy the diversity of the journey.

• It is necessary to purchase Tateyama transportation tickets from the tour guide on-site: 10,900 Japanese Yen/adult, 5,400 Japanese Yen/child aged 6-11.

• The time to ascend Mount Tateyama depends on the facility's schedule. If the facility provides an earlier ascent time, making it impossible to have breakfast at the hotel, a meal box will be provided to eat on the tour bus. Alternatively, ¥1,000 per person will be provided to purchase breakfast at the traveler's discretion. Infants under 2 years old participating free of charge will not be provided with this allowance.

• Due to the opening date restrictions at Kamikochi, if Kamikochi is not open on April 14th, the itinerary will be changed to Shirakawa-go + Takayama: Arrive at Shirakawa-go at 10:20 (stay for 1.5 hours), arrive at Takayama at 12:50 (stay for 2 hours), depart from Takayama at 15:00 and head to the Hakuba hotel, arriving at the hotel at approximately 18:00 for check-in.
