• ① Please install the Taiwan PASS APP first. Register with the redemption code in the APP to view the product list and usage regulations included in the Pass.

• ② After confirming the departure date, enter the APP and click on the virtual card. After entering the card user's information to complete card activation, you can then use the electronic voucher (QR Code) in the Taiwan PASS APP at designated verification points. Service personnel will verify it, and you can then redeem your ticket or board.

• Please make a reservation in advance on the APP, and complete the reservation at the latest one day before the boarding date to be able to board. (Example: If you wish to take the train on January 2, 2024, please complete the reservation before 23:59 on January 1, 2024)

• This voucher has a 7-day validity period, meaning it must be used within 7 days of the first ticket being issued and used (including the day the first ticket is used). Example: For the first product activated on January 1, 2022, the latest usage period is until January 7, 2022.

• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy rain), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, and will announce and communicate in advance. For any unaddressed matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event content.
