• Taiwan PASS APP Download Location: Click here

• APP Instructions:

• Please complete your reservation or redemption one day before your intended ride; it can then be used on the day of travel. If you do not make a reservation in advance, tickets exchanged on-site can only be used from the next day. The counter staff will verify relevant documents and assist in exchanging them for physical tickets. (For example: If you receive an electronic serial number on 2026/1/5, you can reserve services starting from 2026/1/6.)

• This voucher has a 7-day validity period, meaning it must be used within 7 days of the first ticket being issued and used (including the day the first ticket is used). Example: For the first product activated on January 1, 2022, the latest usage period is until January 7, 2022.

• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy rain), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, and will announce and communicate in advance. For any unaddressed matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event content.
