Instructions for use

• ① Please install the Taiwan PASS APP first and log in to the APP with the redemption serial number to view the list of products included in the Pass and the usage regulations.

• ② After confirming the departure date, enter the APP and click on the virtual card. After entering the card user information, you can complete the card activation. You can take the electronic voucher (QR Code) in the Taiwan PASS APP to the designated verification office, and the service staff will verify it and exchange it for a ticket. Or take a ride.

• Please make a reservation on the APP in advance, and complete the reservation no later than one day before the departure date in order to board. (Example: If you want to take the train on January 2, 2024, please complete the reservation before 23:59 on January 1, 2024)

• This coupon has a 7-day validity limit, that is, it must be used within 7 days after any ticket is issued and used (including the day the first ticket is used). For example: If the first product is activated on January 1, 2022, the latest use period will be until January 7, 2022.

• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, etc.) and considering the safety of the public, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event, and announce and contact you in advance.
