Eligibility
- Free for children aged 0-1
- Timeslot booking here is required upon purchase of your ticket
- All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years old and above) for entry.
- Baby below one year old enters for free and must be accompanied by a responsible guardian (aged 18 years and abv) with a separate ticket.
- Children under 100cm will be eligible for the Junior Ticket. Junior tickets are available for admission for both off-peak/peak dates.
- Children under 100cm OR below 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible guardian (aged 18 years & abv) with a separate ticket.
- Your entry would be rejected onsite if you are not holding the correct ticket for admission based on off-peak/peak.

- To maximize your playtime — arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your booked session time and complete your wavier before your visit for all guest(s)* visiting the park via the website here
- Please be in your athletics wear or gym outfit for optimum fun and comfort.
- No belt buckles, protruding hairpieces, or studs on clothing are permitted.
- For some activities, we recommended emptying your pockets entirely.
- All electronics and mobile devices and other handheld objects are not allowed on the trampoline mats and padding.
- Covered sports shoes are required for Super Climb and Skate & Scoot World.
- Tickets and wristbands issued or purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
- Proof of birth date may be required upon check-in (babies below 1, children below 8 years old, adults and guardians aged 18 and above)

How to redeem
- Instructions: Secure your SuperPark play session via the website here after you receive your KLOOK Voucher.
- Key in your KLOOK VOUCHER No. at checkout page (Please note to key in VOUCHER NO. and NOT Booking No.)
- If you are holding multiple vouchers, you would need to key in the various Voucher No. at checkout page.
- On your day of visit, you are required to present BOTH YOUR KLOOK VOUCHER + TIMESLOT BOOKING CONFIRMATION TICKET for entry.
- Please note that multiple bookings using the same Klook voucher no. will be cancelled.
- Limited slots are available for all sessions. If you are unable to secure your preferred date and session, please book the next best available date/time.
- Your entry would be rejected onsite if you are not holding the correct ticket for admission based on off-peak/peak.
- You are also required to fill in the Waiver Form before you arrive at SuperPark Singapore
