All electronics and mobile devices and other handheld objects are not allowed on the trampoline mats and padding.
Covered sports shoes are required for Super Climb and Skate & Scoot World.
Tickets and wristbands issued or purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
Proof of birth date may be required upon check-in (babies below 1, children below 8 years old, adults and guardians aged 18 and above)

Instructions: Secure your SuperPark play session via the website here after you receive your KLOOK Voucher.
Key in your KLOOK VOUCHER No. at checkout page (Please note to key in VOUCHER NO. and NOT Booking No.)
If you are holding multiple vouchers, you would need to key in the various Voucher No. at checkout page.
On your day of visit, you are required to present BOTH YOUR KLOOK VOUCHER + TIMESLOT BOOKING CONFIRMATION TICKET for entry.
Please note that multiple bookings using the same Klook voucher no. will be cancelled.
Limited slots are available for all sessions. If you are unable to secure your preferred date and session, please book the next best available date/time.
