• Round-the-lake tickets (valid for one full circuit, returning to the original boarding pier). If you require multiple stops, additional tickets must be purchased according to on-site regulations. Please refer to the store's on-site announcements for details.
• For safety reasons, the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration will announce a ban on sailing if the cruise encounters inclement weather conditions such as heavy fog or typhoons. Refunds will not be issued for reasons pertaining to the aforementioned conditions.
• Bicycles are permitted on board for a cleaning fee of NT$100 per bicycle. However, due to differences in boat types, not all vessels can transport bicycles, so please inquire with staff in advance.
• Please keep your boarding pass safe for inspection. Lost boarding passes will require the purchase of a new ticket.
• Designated bicycle models are required for use at Sun Moon Lake. Other models are available for purchase in-store at an additional cost. Please inquire with our staff for details on available models and pricing.
• The package has a 14-day validity period, which means it must be used within 14 days (including the first day of ticket use) after any ticket is activated.
• Once any item or complimentary gift in the package has been redeemed, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

• Redeem your rental car by presenting your electronic voucher (QR Code) at any of the following locations. The staff will scan the QR Code to verify and complete the redemption.
• Anshin Ride: No. 149, Zhongshan Rd., Shuishe Village, Yuchi Township, Nantou County (1-minute walk from Shuishe Visitor Center)
• GIVE ME RIDE: No. 19, Zhongxing Road, Shuishe Village, Yuchi Township, Nantou County (Opposite Zhongxing Parking Lot, next to 7-Eleven)

• Cable car tickets do not include entrance to the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village.
• Seasonal thunderstorms are common in the Sun Moon Lake area. For the safety of our visitors, this facility will be temporarily closed when there is a risk of lightning strikes. We recommend checking the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway official website or calling to confirm whether it is closed before your visit.
• Cable car passengers are only permitted to board the cable car at the Sun Moon Lake Main Station in Ita Thao (entry from the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village station is not permitted).
• Bicycles, uncrated pets, and other large or sharp objects are prohibited on the gondola.
• For safety reasons, the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration will announce a ban on sailing if the cruise encounters inclement weather conditions such as heavy fog or typhoons. Refunds will not be issued for reasons pertaining to the aforementioned conditions.

• The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway may extend its operating hours to accommodate large-scale events (such as the Cherry Blossom Festival). Operating hours may also be adjusted due to weather conditions, power outages, system maintenance, and other factors. Any changes to operating hours will be announced on-site or on the official website.

Then, proceed to the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway 3F boarding platform, where staff will collect your tickets and stamp your hand before boarding.
• Use the order QR Code to ride the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway, which is only available at the Ita Thao Sun Moon Lake Main Station. It is not available at the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village Station.
