• [Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Users] Please present your Taiwan Compatriot Permit/Home Return Permit for use.
• [Overseas Visitors] Show passport to use
• A valid ID must be presented for entry, with one entry pass per ID.

If a valid ID cannot be presented, a surcharge of RMB ¥130 per voucher will be required for entry.

• Each adult can bring one child under 1.2 meters for free (based on on-site measurement), and seniors over 70 years old can enter for free with their ID card.

Booking limitations

• This ticket is not applicable for Chinese Mainland ID cards.
• Buy a zoo ticket and get free unlimited access to 7 major amusement park attractions (limited-time free attractions before September 30, 2026):
• Applicable projects: Bear Treasure Adventure, Happy Jellyfish, Self-controlled Aircraft, Carousel, Pirate Ship, Bumper Cars without Sky Net, Circus Train
• Activity Location: Playground area within the zoo
• Activity Date: Travel must be completed by September 30, 2026 (Amusement Park Operating Hours: 11:00-17:30)
• Please note: If there are fewer than 5 people for an open attraction, you may need to wait in line for 5 minutes. After each ride, please rejoin the queue if you wish to ride again (unlimited rides). Height restrictions vary for each ride, and the on-site equipment requirements shall prevail.

• 3. Each attraction has different operating hours. If an attraction is closed or unavailable, please move to another attraction for your experience.

How to redeem

(*If you do not have your ID card, please go to the notice board next to the ticket gate to scan the QR code for real-name verification and entry.)
• 【Park Entry Reminder】Tickets are only valid for the purchaser. If the identification does not match the individual, the park will not permit entry.
