Booking changes policy

Changes are allowed anytime before redemption
The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

No driver's license required; equipment and basic instructions provided on-site.
Not suitable for participants under 16 years of age.

Do not wear clothing that may become entangled in machinery (such as scarves, skirts, long gowns, etc.).
Athletic shoes or racing shoes are required. Slippers, high heels, and sandals are prohibited.
Participants with long hair must tie it up and wear a hairnet or hooded shirt (provided on-site).
Driving under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Individuals with heart conditions, hypertension, mental health issues, or other health concerns should not participate.
Valid photo ID is required for equipment rental. Customers will be charged for any damage or loss.
Please do not bring valuables (such as mobile phones, jewelry, watches, etc.) onto the track.
