• Applicable to one visitor who is taller than 1.2 meters (excluding) or 5 years old (including) or above.

Booking limitations

• When purchasing tickets on all online platforms, a single mobile number is limited to 5 tickets, and a single ID number is limited to 1 ticket.
• The scenic area implements real-name ticketing. Tourists need to register their ID card number and mobile phone number to purchase tickets, enter the park with the ID card used for purchase, and register relevant information. The scenic area will strictly keep the information confidential. Please accurately fill in your mobile phone number and ID card number when purchasing; errors cannot be modified.
• Tourists without an ID card can purchase tickets using a passport, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Document, or Home Return Permit. Please bring the original document for verification upon entry to the park.

• Without written permission from the park, engaging in any form of interviews, reporting, live streaming (including platforms like Kuaishou, Douyin, etc.), short video filming and publishing, or other similar activities is prohibited.
• Flying kites, using balance bikes, electric scooters, remote control equipment (drones, remote control boats, etc.)
• Portable photographic and video recording equipment (such as mobile phones, action cameras, selfie sticks, etc.) is prohibited in the play area of slide-type amusement rides.

• To ensure a safe and comfortable play environment, please cooperate with our staff for a security check before entering the park. The following items are not allowed in the park:
• Flammable and explosive items (firecrackers, fireworks, etc.), replica weapons, and other controlled knives
• Alcoholic beverages, foods that require heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration, or insulation (such as instant noodles that require hot water for consumption and self-heating foods), and foods with strong pungent odors that may affect the public environment (such as durian, luosifen, etc.)
• Glass containers (excluding canned baby food)
• Equipment and facilities that may hinder the operation of amusement rides or disturb public order without the park's permission (such as drones, high-power loudspeakers, professional photographic equipment, folding tables and chairs, bicycles, wheeled play equipment, and non-child-specific strollers).
• Pets (excluding guide dogs). Guide dogs must be leashed and under the supervision of an accompanying person at all times. Guide dogs are not permitted in some areas.
• Floating rings and buoyancy equipment (water beds, irregularly shaped swimming rings, etc.) with a diameter exceeding one meter
• Note: Bringing any food or beverages into all water areas within the park is prohibited to prevent water pollution and public health hazards.

• The park prioritizes safety. Based on capacity, facility maintenance, severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, typhoons, or other safety measures deemed necessary by the park, the park may, without prior notice, change the operating hours of the park or any amusement facilities, temporarily close the park or any part thereof, control the number of visitors, and suspend or cancel amusement facilities or entertainment programs, without any refunds or compensation.
• According to the relevant requirements of the "Public Place Health Management Regulations": swimming is prohibited for individuals with hepatitis A, hepatitis E, sexually transmitted diseases, infectious skin diseases, severe trachoma, acute conjunctivitis, otitis media, intestinal infectious diseases, heart disease, mental illness, alcoholism, and other unsuitable individuals.
• All water amusement park projects are disinfected with chlorine according to national health standards. Visitors who are allergic to chlorine or have an easily allergic constitution should decide whether to participate based on their own situation.

• If wearing wigs and jewelry while experiencing the equipment, they should be removed according to the actual situation or the requirements of on-site staff.

How to redeem

• Enter Shanghai Happy Valley and Shanghai Maya Beach Water Park (West Gate of Linyin New Road) with your original ID card; no ticket exchange is required. Entry is not permitted with QR code only.
• You can visit Happy Valley and Water Park once each.
• It is recommended to visit Happy Valley and Water Park once each over 2 days within the validity period; if visiting Water Park and Happy Valley on the same day, you can enter through the park's secondary entrance.
• Admission time: from opening to 1 hour before closing, please refer to the scenic area's operating hours for details.
