• The park prioritizes safety. Based on capacity, facility maintenance, severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, typhoons, or other safety measures deemed necessary by the park, the park may, without prior notice, change the operating hours of the park or any amusement facilities, temporarily close the park or any part thereof, control the number of visitors, and suspend or cancel amusement facilities or entertainment programs, without any refunds or compensation.
• According to the relevant requirements of the "Public Place Health Management Regulations": swimming is prohibited for individuals with hepatitis A, hepatitis E, sexually transmitted diseases, infectious skin diseases, severe trachoma, acute conjunctivitis, otitis media, intestinal infectious diseases, heart disease, mental illness, alcoholism, and other unsuitable individuals.
• All water amusement park projects are disinfected with chlorine according to national health standards. Visitors who are allergic to chlorine or have an easily allergic constitution should decide whether to participate based on their own situation.
• The admission ticket is not valid for items that are separately charged within the scenic area. The ticket fee does not include locker rental, swimming ring rental, express pass for attractions, etc.; for specific charged items, please refer to the official website's visitor information.
• For invoice and order issues, please contact online customer service. The scenic area does not provide reimbursement vouchers.
• All park project sites have play notices/requirements, and have set height and weight restrictions (some projects have a weight limit of 90kg) and health condition requirements. Please follow the on-site announcements and staff guidance.
• To ensure the health and safety of visitors, and given that takeout food may spoil during delivery due to improper storage conditions (such as high temperatures, bumps) or excessively long delivery times, or may cause food safety and hygiene issues due to damaged packaging or contact with contaminants, the park prohibits bringing takeout food inside.
• If wearing wigs and jewelry while experiencing the equipment, they should be removed according to the actual situation or the requirements of on-site staff.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 365 day(s) from the redemption/activation date. It expires at the same redemption/activation time on the last day. (I.e. If the redemption/activation time is at 13:00, it will expire at 13:00 365 day(s) later).

• Activation period: June 14th - September 6th. Valid for 365 days after activation, allowing unlimited entry to Shanghai Happy Valley and Shanghai Maya Beach Water Park during the validity period.

How to redeem

• 【Annual Card Binding and Activation Steps】
• Step 1: Search for the official WeChat public account "Shanghai Maya Beach Water Park" on WeChat, click on "Service, Ticket Purchase, Card Application" in the menu bar, then select "Electronic Annual Pass", click on "Service", and complete the binding according to the guide.
• Step 2: On the day of travel, enter the park by facial recognition at the ticket gate.
• Note: The annual pass validity period starts from the date of self-activation, and no refunds will be issued after activation.
• Admission time: from opening to 1 hour before closing, please refer to the scenic area's operating hours for details.
• Activation time: From park opening until 1 hour before park closing (effective after activation)
• The 20% off dining and merchandise voucher is valid during the 2026 Water Park operating period. It will automatically become void after expiration. Redemption method: Present your ID card at the corresponding redemption points within the Water Park for verification.
