Photo/video are not allowed to contain political or religious content, nudity or vulgar content, smoking, or alcohol
Photo/video that shows a famous person requires authorization from them or their managers before it can be displayed on the billboard
Content should not refer to other people's privacy, be used for defamation,libel, slander, or have pictures of another individual without their consent.
The photo/video will play for 15 seconds every hour for 24 hours on the date you selected
Photo size requirements:
Photo must be in .JPG or .PNG format
Horizontal photos are recommended as the billboard is in a landscape format
Preferred dimensions: 1920 x 1080 pixels or 16:9 aspect ratio
You will be allowed to crop your photo after uploading
Video size requirements:
Video must be in .MP4 or MOV format
The video should be a maximum of 15 seconds long. Longer videos are accepted but will be automatically trimmed to the first 15 seconds
Horizontal videos are recommended as the billboard is in a landscape format
Preferred dimensions: 1920 x 1080 pixels or 16:9 aspect ratio
For vertical/portrait format videos, it will be slightly cropped and the blurred filler will be applied to the sides

After booking on Klook, visit the Times Square billboard website to book your billboard
Fill up the required fields and upload your photo or video
Then, select the desired date for your photo or video to be displayed on the billboard

Upon confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email approximately 1 day before your chosen display date with the exact timeslots your photo or video will be displayed on the billboard
