  • Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all can not be cancelled and unable to receive a refund

  • Cruise services are open normally in case of yellow/red rainstorms or a No. 1 alert signal. In the event of a No. 3 or higher alert signal or a black rainstorm warning before departure, the cruise service will be cancelled. Travelers can choose to refund. If the Observatory issues a No. 3 alert signal or higher/black rainstorm warning during the voyage, the cruise ship will immediately return to the boarding point and disband.
  • Please board the ship at the scheduled time and place. If you arrive at the wrong location, you may not be able to arrange boarding. Please contact customer service in advance to inform us.
  • If the government cancels the fireworks event, you can get a full refund.
