In the event of a No. 3 or higher alert signal or a black rainstorm warning before departure, the cruise service will be cancelled. Travelers can choose to refund. If the Observatory issues a No. 3 alert signal or higher/black rainstorm warning during the voyage, the cruise ship will immediately return to the boarding point and disband.
