The destination of this product is at a high altitude. Cancellation Policy

During summer vacation, winter vacation, and golden weeks (National Day, May Day, and Spring Festival), some hotel bookings are non-cancellable, and the rest are as follows:
Cancel without loss up to 00:00, 15 days or more before the start of the trip
From 14 days 00:00 to 7 days 00:00 before the start of the trip, a 30% loss fee will be deducted
6 days to 3 days 00:00 before the trip starts. A 50% cancellation fee applies.
From 2 days before the start of the itinerary to after the current day, an 80% loss penalty will be deducted.
If it is due to force majeure or physical reasons, please provide a medical record or other proof. The hotel can also help coordinate, subject to the hotel's actual deductions.
