• For your safety, all marine activities must be conducted strictly within designated areas monitored by lifeguards.

• All behaviors and activities during free time are strictly the personal responsibility of the participant.

• Any accident, injury, fatality, or property damage/loss resulting from unauthorized activities outside the designated areas, or from failure to comply with safety regulations, shall be borne entirely by the participant. The Company/Organizer shall assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever.

• The time to return to Port may be delayed. Please allow plenty of time to participate. We will not be held responsible if you miss any flights or other appointments you might have.
• Depending on the ocean conditions and weather on the day, the arrival time may be delayed and the stay on Zamami Island may be shortened. Refunds will not be given under this circumstance.
• This is a day trip, so the return cannot be scheduled for a different date.
