Eligibility

• Children aged 1-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Participants must be aged under 75 to take part in this activity

• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on this tour. Please leave them at your accommodations or vehicles

• Please understand that sea turtles are wild animals, and there is a possibility that you may not see them. Refunds will not be issued even if you do not see a turtle.

• The beach where the event will take place may change depending on the wave conditions on the day, so we will contact you with the meeting place by 7 PM the day before.

• It may be suspended depending on the weather and marine conditions. If suspended, a full refund will be provided.

• There is no pick-up service; this is a local gathering.

• Public transportation is not readily available in Miyakojima. We recommend that you arrange for a rental car.

• Individuals with specific conditions such as circulatory or respiratory disorders, high blood pressure, otitis media, asthma, diabetes, or liver dysfunction, as well as those taking medication, experiencing hangovers, having consumed alcohol on the same day, or who are pregnant, are not permitted to participate. Please understand that participation will be denied even if identified on the day of the event, and refunds will not be provided.

• Photos and video files will be sent directly to your phone immediately after the experience if you have an iPhone. For Android phones, they will be shared via Google Drive within 2-3 days.

• The tour will proceed even in rainy weather, and there is still a chance of seeing sea turtles even if it rains.

• There are no restrooms or shower facilities at the tour location. Please wear your swimsuit in advance and bring a towel and shoes that can get wet.

• For your safety, you must wear a life jacket.
