• No prior experience needed. This activity is safe for beginners to participate

• Participants must weigh between 0kg-99kg for this activity

• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on this tour. Please leave them at your accommodations or vehicles

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• This activity is suitable for participants aged 7 to 59. For safety reasons, pregnant individuals, children aged 0 to 6, and individuals with pre-existing medical conditions may not participate.

• Please note that if you are late for the meeting time and we cannot reach you, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged.

• If you are not confident in your physical strength or have a strong fear of the ocean, please consult with us in advance.

• For all marine activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and snorkel mask is mandatory. Participation may be refused if these items are not worn. For your safety, please be sure to follow the guide's instructions.

• Tours are generally conducted even in rainy weather, but may be cancelled depending on local conditions.

• Please wear your swimsuit in advance and use the restroom before meeting, as there are no restrooms in the surrounding area.

• Please note that meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season, weather, and other factors.

• Depending on the field, a separate parking fee of ¥1,000 to ¥2,000 may apply.

• The photos shown are from the past; currently, photography is only allowed at the entrance of the cave.

• Tours are conducted in Japanese or English. Please note that tours may be conducted in Japanese only depending on reservation availability.
