Eligibility
- This activity has no age limit
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- Free for children aged 0-5
- Children aged 0-5 must be accompanied by a paying adult
Additional information
- Free parking, including RV parking is available on-site
- Spiral Tower: Please note that there is no elevator to the tower's top, but the entire experience is a very gentle incline
- Spiral Slide: Children must be aged 5+ and be at least a minimum of 106.68 cm tall to ride this slide
- It is recommended to plan 90 minutes for the entire experience
- What to wear: Comfortable shoes (Walkway and tower are wooden boardwalk), dress in layers and a warm layer
- What to bring: Sunscreen and a light rain jacket
- Slizzer slide: Guests needs to have a minimum height of 106.68 cm to ride this slide, as many times as they can
- Food options are available on-site, consisting of fresh-made meals, tasty bites, vegan ice cream, churros & coffee

- 27 June 2026-2 September 2026 (Summer hours): Operates 7 days a week
- 3 September 2026-11 September 2026: Operates on Saturdays & Sundays
- The shuttle runs on a first-come, first-served basis where seats can fill quickly during peak times (No reservations required)
- The shuttle typically returns about 2 hours after drop-off
- It is recommended to not wait for the final shuttle of the day as space is limited

How to get there
- By car: Drive north on Douglas/TransCanada Highway 1N from Downtown Victoria, and take the destination exit on the right
Car directions from the ferry terminal:
- From Swartz Bay, Victoria: Drive south on BC-17, then take Exit 7 (McKenzie Ave) toward Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1. Continue on BC-1 north and take the Malahat SkyWalk exit on the right
- From Departure Bay, Nanaimo: From the ferry terminal, follow signs to Trans-Canada Hwy / BC-1 South (Victoria). Continue south on BC-1 until Malahat SkyWalk, then follow signs for the U-turn entrance
- The ferry ride duration is approximately 3-3.5 hours depending on port of arrival
