Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• Participants must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity

• Seniors aged 90+ should present a medical certificate before participating

• This activity requires a minimum of 4 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund

• Please note that the last activity requires you to choose between "Banff Town" or "Lake Louise". After booking, kindly contact us to let us know your preference or include it in the special note section. Thank you!
• This is a local bus tour, and you will join the tour with other travelers locally. If you'd like to do the private tour, please contact us directly.
• If there are not enough participants for a tour in your selected language, the operator will contact you to discuss joining a tour in another language
• Total tour duration includes travel time
• If the minimum number of participants(6ppl) is not met, we reserves the right to cancel your booking or change the tour date. We will contact you prior to the departure to inform you of any changes
• At the end of the tour, a CA$15 cash service fee (per person) will be collected by the driver/guide. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding this.
• We will send a reminder the day before your tour. Please be sure to check your email or messages.
• Minimum driving age is 16 years and older, ability dependent-driver’s licence required.
• Minimum age is 5 years or older to participate in any of our snowmobile tours.
• Maximum combined weight limit for each snowmobile is 425 lb or 193 kg
• Due to the unpredictable road conditions and weather, the itinerary may be subject to adjustments. We will inform you of any changes to the itinerary the day before the tour.
• Kindly let us know if you'll be bringing luggage, a wheelchair, stroller, or anything that may require extra storage space, as there may be an additional charge.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: pregnant women / infants
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• The following items are prohibited: weapons of any kind / drones / alcohol / illegal substances / sharp objects
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
