After successfully booking your makeup and styling experience, customer service will follow up on the reservation process and inform you of the specific time of your makeup and styling experience, so you don't have to worry about it.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may prevent us from completing your makeover as originally planned.

Please arrive between 10:30-11:30 for your luncheon makeover (arranged based on arrival order).

Please arrive between 17:00-18:00 for dinner party makeup and hairstyling (arranged in order of arrival).

Please use the costumes and props for taking photos within the Longmen Banquet venue.
We offer on-site themed makeovers in various styles. Upon arrival, clients can select their preferred makeover theme and attire. After selection, our makeup artists will assist with dressing in elaborate palace costumes. Clothing is washed and disinfected for each customer. We do not offer try-on garments.
Minor wear and tear on clothing from normal use is not subject to compensation. However, if the damaged area exceeds 10*10mm, compensation will be required at the original price. Irreparable damage or loss of headdresses or props will require friendly negotiation for compensation based on the actual situation.
