Tickets for the Henan Luoyang Shenshenfu Theater

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Please present your ticket for entry 10 minutes before the performance begins. Please queue in an orderly fashion. Ticket collection will close 10 minutes after the performance begins.

One ticket per person is required for this performance.

Each ticketed attendee may bring one child no taller than 1.2 meters (inclusive). If the number of children exceeds this allowance, please purchase the appropriate performance tickets. Guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children during the performance.

Viewing Location: The performance is an immersive, promenade experience with no designated seating. During the prologue, "Luoshui Viewing," the central location offers the best view of the large scene where two veils meet. For the "Ode to the Luo River Goddess" act, move to the south side of the theater for a closer view of the Goddess. The central location is also ideal for watching the water curtain scenes.

Tickets are valid only for the corresponding performances. Please double-check the performance date, time, and show before purchasing to ensure the accuracy of your ticket information.

Cancellations are allowed up to 1 day before the show. After this time, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged on the day of the show. Thank you for your understanding.

This performance includes special effects such as lasers, sound and electricity, and smoke. Pregnant women, infants, young children, and individuals with heart disease or hypertension should carefully evaluate their condition and voluntarily purchase tickets, ensuring personal safety.
