Additional information

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• Reminder: If you are pregnant or suffer from cardiovascular disease, a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, pneumothorax, diabetes, epilepsy, respiratory diseases (asthma), or are taking long-term prescriptions for chronic illnesses, please do not register.

• If the coach determines that diving is not possible due to weather conditions on the day, you can reschedule for free or receive a full refund.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity to avoid affecting the rights and interests of other travelers and the experience activity.

• Avoid alcohol 8-12 hours before diving, as alcohol affects judgment and physical condition.

• If you have a cold, stuffy nose, fever, or ear discomfort, you must inform the coach first, as it will affect ear pressure.

• Do not fly for 18-24 hours after diving to avoid the risk of decompression sickness.

• If the traveler does not meet health standards on the day of the experience, the experience cannot be provided and no refund will be given.

• It is recommended to wear a swimsuit/swimming trunks first, and bring a towel and slippers.

• If the weather is bad and sea turtles cannot be seen, it is considered a natural factor, and no refunds will be given.

• It is recommended that girls with long hair tie it up.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
