Your reservation will be canceled without further notice if you arrive at the restaurant 15 minutes or later past your scheduled reservation time. No refunds will be given if your reservation is canceled due to late arrivals

If the guest does not provide accurate reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies in the number of people reserved and the actual number of people, failure to provide the number and age of minors), or does not follow Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, playing around, smoking, drinking excessively, live streaming or engaging in other activities that may disturb other diners), any losses and consequences incurred will be borne by the guest
