The photographer's waiting time is up to 30 minutes. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late for your arrival time, please contact us in advance.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you regarding your proposal plan, desired location, and meeting point. If you are planning a surprise proposal, please contact us in advance to discuss the time and place. We will help you capture the moment of your proposal naturally, without revealing that it is a surprise.
Shooting usually takes place in historical areas of Kyoto, such as Gion and around Yasaka Pagoda. The shooting location may change slightly depending on the weather and crowd conditions.
Popular areas in Kyoto can be crowded during the day. If you want a more romantic and quiet atmosphere, we recommend shooting in the early morning or at dusk.
Photoshoots are usually conducted even in light rain. Rain creates a romantic atmosphere unique to Kyoto. In case of bad weather, we may recommend changing the schedule.
For the photoshoot, as we will be walking through Kyoto's historic streets, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
Professionally edited photos will be delivered online within a few days after the shoot.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time, or a few minutes early. Popular areas in Kyoto can be crowded, so starting on time allows us to make the most of the best photo spots.
Most importantly, we want you to relax and enjoy this experience. During the photoshoot, our photographer will carefully support you, helping you to relax and capture beautiful, natural photos.

How to get there: We will conduct the photoshoot in your desired shooting area within Kyoto City. The exact meeting location will be communicated to you by the photographer after your reservation is confirmed.
You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
