Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

Redemption information

• Your physical pass must be redeemed within 90 days from the voucher issue date
• An electronic Exchange Order (valid for 90 days) will be sent to your email after booking confirmation. Please exchange your it for a JR Pass within this 90 days period
• To obtain your JR Pass, present your Exchange Order and passport at any JR East offices located in airports or main train stations
• Note: Redemption is not available via ticket machines, please redeem your physical pass at counters
