J Castles Park Rules & Guidelines:

• Screening will take place before any guest may enter the castle, including their belongings
• Entry into the castle is only possible with a valid ticket. Guests must be able to present their tickets upon request.
• Some areas include shallow water. Guests must remove their shoes and wear shorts or roll up their pants.
• Some exhibits require visitors to walk barefoot.
• Attractions & Rides may have restrictions for guests with physical limitations, such as height or weight, particularly those affecting lower limb mobility, as established by the attractions and ride manufacturer for guest safety.
• Attraction/s or ride/s may be temporarily closed due to inclement weather, regular maintenance or troubleshooting for Guests’ safety.
• J Castles shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the park as a result of the act or omission of a third party. Neither shall J Castles be held responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the park as a result of his or her own fault, negligence, or failure to comply with the Park’s rules and regulations.
• J Castles reserves the right, without refund, liability, or compensation, to deny admission or remove any person from the park for any reason, including non-compliance with the park terms and conditions.
• J Castles reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of any attraction or show, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a facility and/or suspend operations as necessary.
• The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any personal injury/ loss/ damage to guest’s property occurring within the park premises.
• The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any injury or feeling ill guest due to non-compliance with the safety guidelines of the attraction/ ride
• J CASTLES put in place measures to ensure safety and security of the park and its guests. Guests are also expected to do their share in ensuring their personal safety and security including their belongings

Prohibitions and Limitations:

• Water tumblers, alcoholic beverages, drones, selfie sticks (inc. monopods & tripods), lighters & candles, and professional cameras are not allowed inside the park

• Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for one (1) admission only, with no re-entry allowed. The ticket is valid only on the date and for the exhibit stated on the ticket.

• Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Tickets have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. No refunds will be provided for unused or lost tickets.

• Ticket Security: Guests are responsible for safeguarding their tickets. J Castles will not replace lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. Tickets that are altered, damaged, or defaced will be voided without refund.

• Prohibition of Resale: Tickets may not be resold, bartered, duplicated, or exchanged. Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets will result in immediate cancellation without refund or compensation.

• Tampering and Fraud: Tickets that are tampered with, counterfeit, or not purchased from J Castles or its authorized sellers will be deemed invalid.

• Entry will be refused without refund, liability, or compensation.

• Changes and Cancellations: J Castles reserves the right to change exhibit schedules, operating hours, or close certain areas of the park without prior notice. No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.

• Entry Refusal: J Castles reserves the right to deny entry, without refund or liability, to any guest holding a ticket that violates these rules.

• Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using a ticket, guests agree to adhere to these rules and any other terms and conditions set by J Castles.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
