  • Pick up is anywhere within Metro Manila

  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 30 minutes before your selected pick-up time

  • The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

  • The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or specific pick-up point in Metro Manila

  • Please ensure that the pick up location given is correct. Additional charge will incur for incorrect pick up location

  • The operator will call you once the driver has arrived outside your hotel/pick up location. Please provide your contact number at the checkout page

  • Upon arrival at your destination, please contact our office on +63920 901 1497 or +63917 311 1497 via Viber or WhatsApp

  • Please contact +639209011497 or email us at travel@atr.ph to reconfirm your pick up time 2 days prior to your travel date

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Additional Waiting Time: PHP 500/hour
  • Overtime Fee: PHP 500/hour
  • Pet-friendly fee: Bringing your pet is subject to a PHP 500 surcharge
  • Additional stops per location are subject to a PHP 500 surcharge
  • Oversized and Special Luggage Fee: PHP 100/each. Charges will apply when your luggage exceeds 25kg capacity each
  • Extra Luggage Fee: PHP 100/each. An additional fee will be applied for excess baggage, taking into account the varying capacity of each vehicle type.
  • The driver retains the right to refuse a additional service if additional stops are not located within the same district or along the designated route. In this case no refunds will be issued
