• Free for children aged 0-4 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children Ticket: Ages 5-9
• Children aged 10+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Please note that a 30% surcharge will apply to bookings on the following 2026 holidays: 01/01 (New Year’s Day), 17–20/02 (Lunar New Year), 26/04 (Hung Kings’ Commemoration, with 27/04 substitute if applicable), 30/04–01/05 (Reunification Day & Labor Day), and 02/09 (National Day)

• The activity is able to accommodate the following dietary requirements: allergies / vegetarian diets / vegan diets
• Pets are prohibited
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Meet-up information

• Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• Make sure to arrive on time
