• Free for children aged 0-2

• Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• This activity has no age limit

• Participants must be aged under 65 to take part in this activity

• Please note that ear protection is recommended for younger children as some installations are loud
• reSOUND New York (Until 31 October 2026): A seven-stage sensory journey featuring Arrival, Transito, Boundless, Echo, Whisper, Flow, and Into Infinity
• Visitors are recommended to allow 60-90 minutes for the full seven-stage experience
• Food and beverages are available on-site
• Some installations involve physical interaction, it is advisable to wear comfortable clothing
• Dining options from casual cafes to upscale restaurants are available within walking distance
• HERO offers beer & wine, non-alcoholic beverages, light bites, coffee, tea , pastries & hot chocolate

• Wheelchair access to all seven stages

• The venue is accessible by elevators (Located on 49th and 50th street between 5th and 6th Avenues) and stairs at rink level at Rockefeller Center

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
