• The canal cruise runs in all weather conditions
• Please note that Saturday schedules can be very busy and crowded. It is recommended to choose another activity day if your schedule permits, to avoid the big crowds
• The canal cruise is not recommended for participants with wheelchairs and strollers. Participants with disabilities can participate in the activity as long as they are able to board the boat with assistance
• Please note: The Heineken Experience must be visited at your selected date and time. A timeslot must be booked for the canal cruise at the Tours & Tickets Office (Damrak 26) upon your arrival in Amsterdam
• Please select the time slot for your visit to the Heineken Experience
• The Heineken Experience does not allow guests who are under the Legal Purchase and/or Drinking Age (LPDA) inside, or under the age of 18, into the Experience

• 10:00-20:00

• Frequency: Cruise departs every 30 minutes

• Saturdays can be very busy. You may want to choose another day if your schedule permits to avoid the crowds

• The Heineken Experience does not allow guests who are under the Legal Purchase and/or Drinking Age (LPDA) inside, or under the age of 18, into the Experience.

• The Heineken Experience staff has the right to ask for an ID to confirm the ages
