• Participants must be aged 4+ to participate in this activity

• Stairs are the only way to get to the heliport. People unable to climb stairs on their own cannot participate in this tour. Children three years old and younger are also not allowed to participate in this tour.

Additional information

• In order to prevent heatstroke, wearing a mask during the experience is optional. (If you wear a mask, we will lend you a mask band to prevent it from falling.)

• Certain personal belongings are not allowed on the tour and must be stored in lockers provided

• The operator reserves the right to deny participation to any guest deemed to pose a safety risk

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

How to redeem

• Present your mobile voucher to check in at the 60th floor Information Desk 15 minutes before your selected time slot
• Guests are required to sign a consent form agreeing to comply with tour rules

Meet-up information

• Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time

• Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts

• The information counter on the 60th floor of Abeno Harukas Observatory

• Child tickets are available for visits from 23 Jul 2026 onwards only. For visits before 23 Jul 2026, children aged 4-14 must purchase an adult ticket

• Children aged 0-3 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• No seating is reserved at Sky Garden 300 on the 58th floor of Abeno Harukas. Due to high visitor volume, seats may not be available

• To prevent unauthorized use, please present the original screen of the e-ticket upon entry. Screenshots or edited images may result in failure of QR code verification and entry may be denied.

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for an admission ticket and Takoyaki exchange ticket at the Information Desk (16F) of Abeno HARUKAS
• After ticket collection, redeem the Takoyaki at the 58th floor restaurant from 11:00–21:00 ; it may be replaced with another item if sold out
