Booking limitations

• You must purchase a HARUKAS 300 Observatory ticket to join this tour

Eligibility

• This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders

• Participants must be aged 4+ to participate in this activity

• Stairs are the only way to get to the heliport. People unable to climb stairs on their own cannot participate in this tour

Additional information

• Each tour session is limited to a maximum of 30 participants

• In order to prevent heatstroke, wearing a mask during the experience is optional (If you wear a mask, we will lend you a mask band to prevent it from falling)

• Certain personal belongings are not allowed on the tour and must be stored in lockers provided

• The operator reserves the right to deny participation to any guest deemed to pose a safety risk

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

How to redeem

• Present your mobile voucher to check in at the 60th floor Information Desk 15 minutes before your selected time slot
• Guests are required to sign a consent form agreeing to comply with tour rules

Meet-up information

• Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts

EDGE THE HARUKAS

Eligibility

• This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders
• Participant height must be between 145-200 cm to join
• Each child below elementary school age must be accompanied by a paying person aged 18+
• Participants must wear the designated safety gear over their clothing. Those unable to wear the required uniform, harness or safety belt cannot participate
• Participation is not permitted for individuals who:
• Have high blood pressure, heart conditions, or are pregnant
• Require assistance using stairs
• Refuse to sign the waiver form
• Are under the influence of alcohol
• Are deemed unsafe to participate by staff

Additional information

• Admission ticket to the observation deck must be purchased separately

• Observation deck admission tickets are non-refundable, regardless of whether the “EDGE THE HARUKAS” experience is held or not

• Cameras, smartphones, and mobile phones are not allowed during the experience

• Luggage, accessories, and other items that may be dropped must be stored in the lockers provided

• Participants wearing sandals, high heels, or other loose footwear must change into designated shoes

• In case of rain or strong winds, the “EDGE THE HARUKAS” experience will be suspended

• The final decision regarding cancellation will be made 30 minutes before each session
