• The bus will depart on time. Those who are late or fail to join the tour due to personal reasons will be deemed to have forfeited their trip, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
• The itinerary order, duration of stops, and route are for reference only and will be flexibly adjusted according to the weather, traffic, and on-site conditions of the day. The actual arrangement will be based on the situation at the location.
• In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, government orders, or other force majeure events, our company reserves the right to adjust, change, or cancel the itinerary for safety reasons.
• All trip times are estimates, and actual arrival times may be delayed due to traffic conditions. It is recommended to avoid scheduling other activities in the evening.
• During the peak season for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route's opening of the snow walls, the order of sightseeing spots or accommodations may be adjusted due to crowds, mountain entry reservations, or accommodation confirmation status.
• Please understand that if you need to depart earlier and are unable to dine at the hotel, you will be provided with a meal box or JPY 1,000 per person as compensation.
• Bus seats are for one person each, cannot be reserved, and may be arranged with a person of the opposite sex. Actual arrangements are subject to on-site arrangements.
• Each passenger is limited to 1 suitcase (total length of three sides not exceeding 120 cm). If you have special luggage such as strollers or wheelchairs, please indicate this when booking. Whether it can be carried depends on the vehicle company's judgment.
• This itinerary includes longer periods of travel. Before registering, travelers should evaluate their personal physical condition. If you have chronic diseases, mobility issues, pregnancy, or other health considerations, please inform us when registering and carefully consider whether the tour is suitable for you.
• If you need to leave the group midway through the tour, please inform us in advance and sign a departure agreement. Travelers are responsible for their own itinerary and safety after leaving the group, and no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary has basic travel liability insurance as required by regulations. It is recommended that travelers purchase additional travel accident or medical insurance according to their individual needs.

• Please ensure that your contact information is correct when making a reservation. The contact information for the tour guide or driver will be provided no later than 1 day before departure. Please be sure to pay attention to the pre-departure notice to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.

• If traveling with companions who have booked separately, please be sure to include their order numbers in the order notes. If you do not provide this information, we cannot guarantee that you will be in the same group.
• If you have vegetarian, food allergy, or religious dietary needs, please inform us in advance when making your reservation. We are unable to accommodate last-minute changes on the day.
