Amendment policy

• Partial refunds for unused transportation: Even if there are unused transportation, partial refunds will not be issued

• After ticket use has started, if a request is made to Klook Customer Support (via chat service) only between the departure station and Katase-Enoshima Station, a refund will be issued for the remaining amount after deducting a 220 yen refund fee per ticket. This will be based on collecting the normal passenger fare for the section actually traveled at the station where the request is made
• In the event that facilities are closed due to severe weather or similar circumstances, a refund will be issued without any fees. The refund amounts are as follows: Enoshima Sea Candle: Adults JPY400, Children JPY200 ; Enoshima Escar: Adults JPY300, Children JPY150
