After ticket use has started, if a request is made to Klook Customer Support (via chat service) only between the departure station and Katase-Enoshima Station, a refund will be issued for the remaining amount after deducting a 220 yen refund fee per ticket. This will be based on collecting the normal passenger fare for the section actually traveled at the station where the request is made
