Guests are not allowed to bring mobile phones or smartwatches into the VR room. Lockers are provided for safe storage

The experience may not be suitable for individuals with limited balance stability

Walkers and canes are not permitted while wearing the VR headset due to tripping hazards

Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and avoid hats or caps while using the VR headset

The VR headset can be worn comfortably over glasses

This experience does not include subtitles and may not be suitable for guests who are deaf or severely hearing impaired

Guide dogs and other assistance animals are not permitted inside the experience

Audio commentary is available in English / French

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
