• The tour is recommended for children aged 4 and above, while children under 3 may join for free provided parents help maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere for all guests
• The operator recommend wearing a warm jacket; beanies, gloves, scarves are strongly recommended in winter
• Pensioner, Health Care, Seniors, and International or Australian Student Cards are accepted for concession rates, while Companion Cardholders and support workers can join for free; guests must present their valid card at the start of the tour
• Please note that alcohol consumption is not allowed during our tours and that the National Park is not dog-friendly
• Hot chocolate contains dairy, while a variety of teas and herbal teas are available, and all beverages are gluten-free; a non-dairy hot chocolate option is currently being considered
• Minimum 6 participants (10 on fridays and weekends). If the tour don't reach the minimum of participants, the operator will let you know on the day at 13:00
• In case of cancellation due to bad weather, guests will be notified by 13:00 on the tour day and can choose to reschedule with a gift voucher valid for 3 years or receive a refund minus a 6% non-refundable service fee
• For the best viewing, visit around a gibbous moon for moon viewing, during a new moon or when the moon has set for the Milky Way, or choose a night with a thin crescent moon for a balance of both
• Please let the operator know in advance if you require accessibility support so they can cater to your needs
• Guests who miss the tour will be charged the full amount, with no refund, rescheduling, or credit available for no-shows
• Bookings can be modified or rescheduled, and a new ticket or credit can be issued, up to 24 hours before the experience starts, kindly email the operator
