Ship tickets are valid only for the day of issue, and passengers should board the ship according to the designated ship name, voyage, and date on the ticket.
Passengers need to complete boarding procedures at Shekou Cruise Center 30 minutes before departure. The gate closes 5 minutes before departure. Any losses caused by insufficient time will be borne by the passenger.
Flight Schedule: In case of special circumstances such as weather or water flow affecting navigation speed, the Bay Area cruise flight schedule may be adjusted. The specific flight schedule is subject to the announcement by the shipping company. According to the "Regulations on Real-Name Management of Waterway Passenger Transport," passengers must present their original valid identification documents for verification by staff on vessels and passenger terminals where real-name management is implemented. Otherwise, port staff have the right to refuse boarding.
Greater Bay Area No. 1 (2) can host business events and customized services (annual meetings, team building, banquets, or maritime weddings, etc.). For charter services, please contact the operator.
In case of rain or other weather conditions, the deck sightseeing program will be canceled as appropriate.
For safety reasons, please do not wear high heels on deck.
Without permission, passengers are prohibited from operating drones on Bay Area cruise ships.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
For refunds requested more than 8 days before the ferry ticket time, no refund fee will be charged.
From 8 days before the ferry ticket time to 1 day before the ticket time, a 10% refund fee will be charged based on the ticket amount.
For cancellations made 1 day before the ticket time until the ticket time, a 15% refund fee will be charged based on the ticket amount.
Within 24 hours of the ferry ticket time, a 20% refund fee will be charged based on the ticket price.
Within 12 hours (inclusive) after the ticket time ~ the time printed on the ticket, a 30% handling fee will be charged based on the ticket amount.
Refunds or changes are not supported if more than [12] hours (exclusive) have passed since the ticket's stated departure time.
