Eligibility

  • Passengers must be 120 cm tall to ride the Delta Airship.
  • Guests must be at least 110 cm tall and 7 years old to experience the Gama Surfrider.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Alpha Flight's screenings of "Sonic the Hedgehog: Stay Cool, Stay Sarcastic," and "Bigfoot, My Dad!?" are rated PG-13. Children under the age of six are not permitted to watch.

Additional information

  • Some facilities and videos in the museum have height and age restrictions. Visitors with mobility impairments or those using wheelchairs must be accompanied by a companion to assist with boarding. Please confirm the relevant service details before entering.
  • The reservation system is open 24 hours a day, providing reservation services for all open days and time slots from 2 days after to within 30 days. Same-day reservations are not accepted.
  • For those who have reserved a session, please present your e-voucher at the counter 30 minutes before the session starts for admission. For those who do not enter according to the announced session time, staff reserve the right to adjust the actual admission time.
  • Outside food, betel nuts, and smoking are prohibited inside the building. Pets are also not allowed (except for guide dogs). Lockers are available for item storage only; we are not responsible for their safekeeping. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables. Storage space is limited and subject to actual usage.
  • If the in-house game facilities are undergoing maintenance or repairs, or due to force majeure, they will be temporarily closed. Actual service hours will be subject to on-site announcements.
  • All equipment in the museum is interactive technology. Compensation at the original price is required for any damage.
  • The museum is not responsible for childcare services.
  • To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, daily operations will include disinfection, cleaning, and safety inspections of all facilities.
